Keep in mind that your scheduled appointment time is a guide for our estimated time of arrival (ETA). Kindly make room for time adjustments.
• Text Us Your Instructions: Please text us your instructions. You do not need to be home during your dog’s scheduled appointment time. You can send us your garage code or leave your house key in a particular spot.
• Share Special Info About Your Dog: Share special information about your puppy or dog that will help us to personalize their care. Tell us if your dog is friendly or reserved. Let us know if your dog has special conditions like sensitive skin or allergies. By learning more about your dog, we can discover the best way to interact with your furry friend.
• Make a Payment: You can make an easy payment to Walt’s Perfect Pups through cash or check. You can also pay via all major credit cards. Keep in mind that credit card payments involve a 2.75% processing fee. Kindly note that we do not accept Venmo or Cash App payments anymore. The rates for our mobile grooming services are based on your dog’s breed and size.
