TERMS OF SERVICE
- LATE CANCELLATION
- 48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or changing an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule.
- If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50. This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment.
- ARRIVAL WINDOW
- Due to the nature of the mobile grooming business and the considerable amount of opportunities for delays (weather, traffic, longer than expected at a previous client's location, etc), we can never guarantee arrival at the exact time of the scheduled appointment.
- We do guarantee that if we are going to be late, we will be in contact to communicate the delay and our estimated ETA.
- PET MEDICAL RELEASE
- Your pet is IMPORTANT to us! Because we care about your pet's safety and well-being, we want to assure you that every effort will be made to make your pet's visit as pleasant as possible.
- Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming. In the best interest of your pet, we request your permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment should it become necessary.
- By agreeing to Walt Perfect Pup's Terms of Service, you grant us permission to obtain emergency veterinary treatment for your pet at your expense.
